Who am I?
Hi, I’m Angie.
I’m an accountability coach and certified personal trainer helping busy women finally stay consistent, lose the weight, and feel confident in their bodies again.
Because let’s be real—you already know what to do.
You just need the structure, support, and accountability to actually follow through.
As a mom of four, I understand how easy it is to put yourself last. After having my kids, I struggled with my own weight and couldn’t find the kind of support I truly needed. I wasn’t looking for another quick fix—I needed something sustainable, something that actually fit into real life.
And that’s exactly what I now help women build.
My approach isn’t about extremes or perfection. It’s about creating habits that stick, showing up consistently (even when it’s hard), and building a routine that works for you—not against you.
Because when you have the right accountability, everything changes.
You stop starting over.
You build confidence.
You finally see results that last.
And you realize you were capable all along—you just needed the right support.
