Choose the workout that works for you. I offer personalized 1-on-1 training sessions and weekly pre-recorded classes every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday and Friday.

Join my online monthly workouts! Five days a week, pre-recorded and 30-45 minutes long. If it’s not what you want, I also offer custom 1-on-1 private training as well as Group Training Classes in person!

Online Weekly Workout Classes

Join me every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday for a 30-45minute workout class online. Classes are pre-recorded and uploaded to a goggle drive where you will have access to all workouts for the entire month. Reserve your next workout and join me from the comfort of our your own home. Details will be communicated to you after signing up.

Membership: $70/month

Not comfortable doing it on your own? Do you have personal goals you are trying to achieve? Get in touch with me and I’ll help set up custom and personalized training sessions to help you reach your goals. Details will be communicated to you after signing up.

Group Training Classes-

These classes are great for the one who needs that motivation but also enjoys working out in a group environment! Three classes a week that are one hour long will help get you in amazing shape! Strength training is the main focus of these workouts but we also work on our endurance through a bit of cardio here and there!
