This is a one-on-one relationship where I check in with you daily, support you, and hold you accountable for your choices.
Because the truth is—you can find workouts anywhere.

But none of it works without consistency.
This is about helping you show up every day, stay focused, and finally follow through—so you can reach your goals and actually maintain them.
Why do you need an Accountability Coach?

Making real changes to your health and habits isn’t easy—and trying to do it on your own makes it even harder. Having someone there to keep you accountable can be the difference between starting over… and finally staying consistent.

FAQs
Do I have to live in Canada?
No—you don’t have to be in Canada. I work with clients in similar time zones so I can properly support you with daily check-ins and communication. This allows me to stay connected and keep you accountable throughout your day.
How long will I need to stay on this program?
You’ll start to see changes within the first couple of months, but the best results come with a 3-month commitment.
That’s where consistency becomes routine—and results become sustainable.
What kind of contact will I have with my coach?
You won’t be doing this alone.
We’ll be in regular contact throughout the day, with check-ins, support, and guidance tailored to you and your routine. I’ll help you stay focused, keep a positive mindset, and follow through on your goals.
And when things don’t go perfectly (because they won’t), I’ll be there to help you get back on track right away—without guilt or starting over.
What type of exercise will I need to do?
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach here.
What matters most isn’t what you do—it’s how consistently you do it. I guide you to stay active for at least 30 minutes, 6 days a week, in a way that fits your lifestyle.
Some days will be lighter—like walking or stretching.
Others may be more challenging—like strength training.
You choose what works for you. My role is to make sure you stay consistent and keep progressing.
How much does the program cost?
Getting started is $497 for your first month.
Ongoing coaching is $297/month.
This allows us to build a strong foundation quickly, then continue with the support and accountability needed to maintain your results.
What can I expect from my coach if I sign up?
My role is to help you stay consistent, build a routine, and create habits that actually last.
Everything is tailored to you—your lifestyle, your schedule, and your goals. You’ll be in regular contact with me throughout the day with ongoing check-ins, support, and guidance.
And when things don’t go perfectly (because they won’t), I’ll help you reset quickly and keep moving forward—so you never feel like you’re starting over.
What kind of food will I be expected to eat?
This program doesn’t rely on strict diets or meal plans. It’s about creating a realistic, sustainable approach to how you eat.
If fat loss is your goal, I will guide you—but you must be willing to stay in a calorie deficit for results to happen.
What if I have an injury?
As this program has a substantial workout component, if you currently suffer from any injury or previously have done so, please seek clearance from your Doctor before submitting your application.
